These Terms of Service govern your use of the Smell Good Inc website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

About Our Products. Smell Good Inc sells fragrance samples decanted from authentic, full-size bottles into smaller sample-size containers. Our products are not sold, packaged, or sealed by the original fragrance house, and a decanted sample is not a brand-new, sealed retail unit. Smell Good Inc is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the fragrance houses or brands referenced on this site. Fragrance and brand names are used solely to identify the scent being sold, in accordance with nominative fair use, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Descriptions & Pricing. We make every effort to describe our products and fragrance notes accurately. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, by contacting the customer before fulfilling the order.

Orders & Payment. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping. See our Shipping Policy for carrier, processing time, and delivery details. Fragrance products ship domestically within the United States only due to federal transportation regulations on flammable liquids.

Intellectual Property. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party fragrance/brand names used for identification purposes), is the property of Smell Good Inc and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smell Good Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
