Shipping Policy

Where We Ship. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping, including to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, is not available at this time because fragrance products are classified as a flammable liquid under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and cannot be shipped internationally or by air.

Carrier & Method. All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex Ground. This is required for fragrance products regardless of order size.

Processing Time. Orders are processed and handed to USPS within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time. Once shipped, typical delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen method of shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, and are outside our control once a package is in the chosen shippers hands.

Shipping Cost. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard and Express service levels where available.

Packaging. Because fragrance is a regulated liquid, every order is packed with leak-proof secondary containment and absorbent material, labeled per U.S. hazardous materials shipping requirements.

Order Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages. If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at nostrilogist@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
